How do I get a MyToolsApp account?
Accounts are created exclusively by the MyTools Group customer service. Send an email to contact@apps.mytoolsgroup.eu with your garage name and contact details.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the application login screen, tap "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link by email.
Is the app available on Android and iOS?
Yes, MyToolsApp is available on the App Store (iPhone/iPad) and the Google Play Store (Android). Search for "MyToolsApp" on your device's store.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+), hosted on European servers, and access requires JWT authentication. No third party has access to your business data.
How do I delete my account?
From the app: Dashboard → red bin icon at the top right → confirm in 2 steps. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Does the app work without an internet connection?
MyToolsApp requires an internet connection to sync data with the MyTools Group back office. An offline mode is planned for a future version.
